Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including order processing using QuickBooks and common payment processing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, chats, and light phones.
- Assist in daily receiving and shipping of small products through various channels.
- Maintain and update office records and pricing databases - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in updating online digital content on various web platforms.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a CSR or similar customer service oriented role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with QuickBooks - Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
We are a small, family owned business-to-business distributor specializing in industrial electronics.
This position is a low stress role but with a high volume workload requiring focus and commitment The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a personal commitment to obtaining excellent results in all assigned tasks.
With that in mind, we are seeking a mature, reliable individual to replace a long term employee who is now retiring.
This position is located inside the village at Big Bear Lake.
Starting hours are 8 AM to 1 PM Monday through Friday, no weekends required, paid holidays We look forward to hearing from you! Job Type:
