We are currently seeking a Full Time, Long Term, and capable associate to work in a fast growing company in beautiful Big Bear Lake, CA Looking for an organized and efficient COORDINATOR / DISPATCHER / SERVICE TEAM MANAGER to coordinate with customers and manage a repair and service route crew.
Must be computer/software savvy, able to multitask, good on phones, detailed, to transcribe work orders from customers and schedule them to a route and repair crew of 7-8 people.
Consists of answering phone calls and emails, coordinating schedules, looking at fleet and route management software and working with service team members.
We require a strong work ethic, positive outlook and ability to work efficiently with people in a high energy environment.
