Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers - Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Monitor project progress and quality control - Manage project budgeting and cost control - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders - Utilize construction management software such as Primavera and Prolog Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Labor Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles - Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Note:
