Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting - Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, offices, and common areas - Empty trash and recycling bins - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Vacuum and shampoo carpets - Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and stripping - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel - Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness - Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, waxing, and stripping - Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Note:
