- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing -All beds changed, and made with fresh linens, all towels in bathroom changed out to fresh.
- All laundry to be done on site - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances - Check stocking levels of all amenities based on the occupancy and notes that are sent about the home.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Experience:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Must have own supplies including a mop, broom, and vacuum.
- Integrity and ability to work independently Skills:
- Clean and maintain designated areas using appropriate cleaning supplies - Follow instructions sent via txt message exactly.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, etc.
using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees - Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Preferred Skills:
- Previous STR cleaning a must! Please provide references.
